FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: plant can be used for producing caviar type foodstuffs and also for producing granulated medicines. Plant has vessel for mixture of primary components, mixture feed unit, droplet forming unit, unit for forming granules and separator-collector of granules connected to it. Plant is provided with forming liquid feed unit. All units are combined in one electric circuit with central control post. Also provided is forming liquid level stabilizer made in the form of capillary tube with its lower end connected with elbow part of discharge pipeline in its upper part, and upper end is fastened at level of upper edge of receiving funnel. Made in side wall of receiving funnel is passage for introduction of forming liquid, and another passage is made diametrically opposite to aforesaid for cleaning of forming liquid surface. Both passages are coaxial to receiving funnel. EFFECT: high efficiency. |
