PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot hand not damaging a work cut off from a bar and easy to be applicable to a general automatic lathe. SOLUTION: This robot hand 1 includes several claws 4 fixing bearings 5 including rotatable outer rings 6 and an opening and closing mechanism 3 opening and closing the plural claws 4 and has the outer ring 6 of the bearing 5 constructed to hold an outer circumference part of the work.
