PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographing apparatus for rounds capable of running safely at a proper speed by lighting the front of the apparatus in moving in a dark place. SOLUTION: An illuminating lamp 20 is provided through a mounting part 21 and a holder 19 on a support 15 disposed on a truck 10 of the apparatus, and an on-off switch 17 is mounted on an operating handle 1 to thereby light the lamp at need. A photosensor 18 for detecting the brightness of the surroundings and a switch 18a are provided on the lower side of the front of the apparatus. When the operating handle 1 is operated with designated operating force, an operating force detecting switch 23 is operated, and only when the brightness of the surroundings is below a designated brightness, the switch 18a is operated to automatically light the illuminating lamp. A rear wheel 8 is driven by a driving motor 6, so that the apparatus travels an illuminated passage to safely move to a sickroom.
