PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rapid purification method of an objective protein without using a physiologically active substance as an eluent by using an entirely new additional tag. SOLUTION: An adsorbent containing a cross-linked dextran is mixed with a solution containing a fusion protein comprising fusing a protein molecule intended for purification with a dextran-binding domain having a specific amino acid sequence derived from a fixed oral bacteria (Cariogenetic streptococci), and then the adsorbent obtained from the solution is mixed with a solution containing a dextran and the fusion protein is eluted into the solution containing the dextran.
