PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing system for printing by selecting contents desired by a user and designating a printer via a network which prevents people other than the user from seeing or taking a printed matter without the user kept waiting in the vicinity of the printer until a printing end. SOLUTION: The printer 5 is provided with an output ID input means 509, an output ID discrimination means 510 and a printed matter storage means 13 not seen from the outside. When printing data is sent from a server not illustrated, the printer 15 prints the printing data to a paper medium 14 and stores into the printed matter storage means 13. The output ID discrimination means 510 selects only the printed matter 14 in which an output ID informed from the server and inputted from the output ID input means 509 when the user applies for printing agrees with an output ID for distinguishing printing data sent by the server, and transfers the printed matter 14 to an output part not illustrated. The user takes out the printed matter 14 from the output part. |
