PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fever reducing pillow which controls the sense of discomfort, slipping, etc., in use as far as possible, eliminates the sense of discomfort particularly when used in superposition on a pillow, improves the feel of use and the feel of fitting to the head, is inexpensive and easy to handle, prevents the trouble such as a headache by excessive cooling, and has high safety. SOLUTION: This pillow consists of a fever-reducing gel sheet for cooling the head of a human body and a pillow cover for housing this fever-reducing gel sheet. The cryogenic gel sheet is formed by sealing a hydrous gel composed of water, water absorptive polymer, and antifreezing fluid as essential components into a flat bag. Even more, a housing section for freely removably housing the fever-reducing gel sheet is formed in the pillow cover.
