PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that fault-stop signal wires to the number of the maximum blocks are required when a method by connection with the fault- stop signal wires is used, though it is preferable that a fault in each logical block is not spread to other blocks, if possible, in logical partition. SOLUTION: A block number housing resistor 201 is provided instead of the fault-stop signal wire 102. When a fault is generated in a processor 210 and an operating system operating as a system on a block 1 is required to be blocked, the processor 210 issues a fault-stop instruction of the block 1 to which the processor itself belongs through an inter-processor bus 100.
