PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device capable of preventing a wind-up phenomenon by a simple structure having a wide application range. SOLUTION: This control device performing a feedback control by using a controller 1 having an integral function has a filter 2 constituted of a polynomial having d pieces of coefficients which are the same as integral degree d to be provided. The filter 2 is shown by b (s)/a (s) (a (s) and b (s) are n-th order stable polynomials and relation of ai=bi, i=0 to d-1, d<=n is provided for the coefficients) and comprises a limiter 3 at the inside of a feedback branch 4.
