PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a question answering device by which a question and an answer can be contributed without creating sentences corresponding to the question and the answer. SOLUTION: A voice file managing part 24 acquires at least one of the question and the answer by a voice file and registers it in a voice file information storage part 24. When the answer to the question is contributed, an answer information managing part 32 creates a mail with the contents, acquires the voice file corresponding to the question from the voice file managing part 24, attaches the voice file to the mail and transmits it to a questioner and a third party. Consequently, the questioner and the answerer are not required to create questions and answers by sentences and are enabled to easily transmit their intentions to a user receiving the mail by the voice of the questioner or the answerer.
