PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server, a system and a method of mediating transference of a license software capable of easily transferring a license on the Internet to improve convenience of both of a license holder and an applicant for transference. SOLUTION: A seller user 3 having the license software, a buyer user 4 desiring transference of the software and a transference mediation server 2 are connected to each other through a communication network. The transference mediation server 2 stores the user information sent from the seller user, name of the software, the information including the number of licenses, the user information sent from the buyer user, name of the software, the information including the number of licenses. Among these information related to the software, the only predetermined information for specifying the software is opened to public, and adaptability to each other information is judged. In the case of YES, the information about a result of adaptability is sent to the seller user and the buyer user. |
