PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device provided with a target extracting means needing no setting of an extraction key or preparation of a background without any targets and not limiting a photograph object. SOLUTION: This image processing device is provided with an image pickup device concurrently photographing the target to be extracted and a background as a static image, a moving means moving the target, the background, and the image pickup device from a first positional relationship which will relatively be a reference to a minutely moved second positional relationship, and the target extracting means extracting the target to be extracted on the basis of a first static image including the photographed target and background in a state of the target, the background and image pickup device in the first positional relationship and a second static image including the target and background photographed in the second positional relationship.
