<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that can provide a user with a new communication service that links to a product sale. SOLUTION: In the system, an access controller 13 retrieves data stored in a product data database 11 when it receives an access request command from a user terminal, judges whether or not odes to indicate identifying information, which are included within the access request command, are stored. The access controller 13 refers to the data of 'flag for accessibility or not' and judges so as to whether access to a virtual space is feasible or not according to the identifying data sent from the user terminal. The access controller 13 specifies an enterprise terminal that shares the virtual space with the user terminal and sets a communication means that enables users to converse in the virtual space. A chat management controller 14 reads the graphic data, which shows the virtual space that corresponds to the enterprise terminal specified by the access controller 13, from a graphic database 10 and transfers the data to the user terminal and the enterprise terminal.</p> |
