PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dishonesty accompanying the secondary use of contents in relation to a system for delivering electronic data contents with which ID information is integrated. SOLUTION: The system has a contents supplying part (trader A44) for supplying the electronic data contents with which ID information is integrated, to a consumer, and an ID managing part for sharing the ID information of individual contents between the trader A44 and a trader B46. A consumer #1 uploads the contents to a contents delivering part (trader B46). The trader B46 judges whether or not the uploaded contents are normal contents by collating ID information integrated with the uploaded contents with information in the ID managing part. As a result, only contents judged to be the normal contents can be delivered to a third person (consumer #2).
