SOLUTION: An information storing medium 3 previously storing at least one using condition of a usable data amount, a using data type, and a receivable information name for a using period or an effective using period is set in an information receiving device 1. The information receiving device 1 transmits an information receiving request through a receiving side communication device 6, and the information delivering device 2 judges the effectiveness of the contents of the using condition of the storing medium 3 and delivers the information via a delivering side communication device 10.
