The system includes a server (1) which is connected by a network (3) to a receiver (4) associated with a user console (24) which has a base link (7) to the server operator (2) with a server data receiver (8,11) and transmitter (9). The data are transmitted by infrared, radio or wire links to a user terminal (25) and are managed by a microprocessor (12') with an internal memory (26) and an external working memory (21). Data may be captured by the user (20) from a screen (15) or loudspeaker (16) via a keyboard (18) or microphone (17). A real-time clock (13) may safeguard the system as necessary against video recording and the base may have a modem (30). |
