PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably improve the pouring time and the poring work by providing a plurality of pouring holes in a pouring rod to be inserted into a pouring position and a tip monitor part, and injecting the hardening material and the water from the plurality of holes. SOLUTION: After forming a boring hole H in the ground, in the condition that a multi-tube formed of an outer tube, an intermediate tube and an inner tube of the pouring rod is inserted into the boring hole H, the hardening material is injected into the ground by pressure-feeding the hardening material with a pouring device capable of carrying the hardening material at an ultra high pressure and a constant discharge quantity from a plurality of pouring holes A, B, C. Water at a constant pressure and a constant discharge quantity is injected from pouring holes X, Y, Z having the plurality of holes in the upper part at a desirable angle in the vertical direction.
