PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an outdoor-air treating air-conditioner of air-cooled heat- pump type. SOLUTION: In one and the same casing 1 there are provided an outdoor air intake 7, an intake 9 for taking in discharged air from the inside of a room, an evaporator 2 for heat-exchanging outdoor air, a condenser 3 having a combined function of recovering discharged heat, and a compressor 4. In the casing 1 there are further provided a supply-air blower 6 for sending outdoor air through the evaporator 2 into the inside of the room, an exhaust blower 5 for sending discharged air though the condenser 3 to the outside of the room, an outdoor air damper 20 for regulating outdoor air volume to the evaporator 2, an exhaust damper 21 for regulating exhaust air volume from the inside of a room to the condenser 3, and an outdoor air introducing damper 16 for supplementing the air volume to the condenser 3. |
