PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an one pack type moisture-curing urethane resin composition which has excellent weather resistance and an excellent balance between curing speed and storage stability. SOLUTION: This one pack type moisture-curing urethane resin composition is characterized by comprising an acrylic urethane prepolymer obtained from (A) a hydroxy group-containing acrylic polymer polymerized at a high temperature under a high pressure without using a chain transfer agent, (B) a polyol except the component (A), and a polyisocyanate.
