PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device wherein a device in which, when the device is mounted to the mouth of a container and oil is filled, labor for replacing a pump can be eliminated and clothe or floor can be prevented from being soiled by droplets and liquid such as kerosene in a container can be completely sucked up, is made integral to a device, and in which when oil is filled, a discharge port of a pump can be temporarily, safely fixed to the mouth of a cartridge tank or the like. SOLUTION: An open type closely fixing device 1 of a pump with an internal thread 24 is attached to an external thread of the mouth of a container. Closed fixing open/closure doors 2, 3 of an openable door are mounted to the left and right portions of the device respectively. The doors 2, 3 are connected to open/closure joint parts respectively. An elastic material, on which a vertical groove is formed, is bonded to each of the doors 2, 3.
