SOLUTION: In this clip device for the portable equipment, a tongue-shaped clip 9 is provided on the outer wall thereof and a held object such as cloths is held between the pressing part 9a of the clip and the outer wall 2a to fix the portable equipment to the held object such as cloths, a plurality of pressing parts 9a of the clip 9 are provided apart from each other in the direction perpendicular to the inserting direction of the clip, and projections 11 opposed to each other are provided on the outer wall 2a of the portable equipment between the pressing parts 9a of the clip 9.
