PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coat-molding having a hardened substance layer which manifests a high abrasion-resistance right after the coat-molding process, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: At least at one section of the surface of a base, a hardened substance layer comprising an internal layer and an outermost layer is formed. In this case, the internal layer is a hardened substance of a coating composition (A) containing a compound which has at least one active energy ray setting type polymerizing functional group. The outermost layer is a hardened substance of a coating composition (B). The coating composition (B) contains polysilazane and a multi-functional compound having at least two active energy ray setting type polymerizing functional groups.
