<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the electric power consumption of an electromagnetic brake used for an operating device applying an operating force on an imposing angle operating mechanism. SOLUTION: A driving plate 2 and a camshaft 1 are coaxially connected with via the imposing angle operating mechanism, and a movable operating member 11 of the imposing angle operating mechanism is driven and operated with the operating device 15. The operating device 15 is comprised of a guide plate 24, an operation converting mechanism 40 converting the relative rotation of the guide plate 24 and the driving plate 2 into the operation of the movable operation member 11, and a speed increasing and reducing mechanism 41 reducing the speed of the guide plate 24 to which a braking force is applied by an electromagnetic brake 26 and increasing the speed of the guide plate 24 to which a braking force is applied by the other electromagnetic brake. The electromagnetic brakes 26, 27 are sufficient only to produce the braking force overcoming the operating resistance of the movable operating member 11 and the frictional resistance of a power transmission route.</p> |
