PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container for confectionery in which a tip is formed at the upper part so as to be easily cut the confectionery is taken in without using other tools or hands and further in which contents are prevented from flowing out when the container is set upright in the middle of meal. SOLUTION: The packaging container for the confectionery comprises a plane packaging sheets. This packaging container is formed through a step of sealing both end parts of the packaging sheet to make a sealed section in the longitudinal direction, a step of sealing the lower part of the sealed portion to make a lower sealed portion, and a step of sealing the upper part of the sealed portion to make an upper sealed portion having a protruded tip end.
