PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display in which the influence of external force caused from a fixed element in assembling is reduced, and the deformation of a frame-shaped bezel is suppressed. SOLUTION: The side of an opening 15a, in which a bezel 15 is formed in the shape of a picture frame, is formed by a projection-shaped curved line 15A whose intermediate parts 15aa are projected toward a opening center to four corners 15ab of the opening. Thereby, force tend to concentrate on the angles of four corners 15ab of opening 15a, and deformation is reduced greatly, even if external force F is added to produce wrinkles. The deformation is reduced, because the angles of four corners 15ab are moved outside from the position of an original side. The deformation will not cause the display quality level of a liquid crystal cell to deteriorate.
