PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniform the marking quality in a whole marking area. SOLUTION: An object W to be marked is irradiated with a laser beam which is emitted from a laser beam source 10 and scanned with a galvano scanner 20, and the object is scanned with an irradiated spot with respect to the time when a galvano mirrors 20V and 20W are driven by the signal from a controller 30. The oscillation intensity at the laser beam source 10 is controlled by a laser beam power controlling means 40 and the output of the laser beam source 10 is decided according to the position of spot irradiated with the laser beam on the work W to be marked so that the power density of the laser beam is made uniform. |
