PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective abdominal region pressing means for a cerebral anemia preventing apparatus. SOLUTION: The cerebral anemia preventing apparatus is provided with a means composed of a sheet that is fitted to the outer periphery of the abdominal region of a human body and an air bag which is fitted to the abdominal region contacting portion of the sheet and the central part of which largely swells out as compared with the peripheral part when the bag is filled with air. The apparatus is also provided with a means which has such a shape that makes the air bag to hardly come into contact with the ribs and pelvis of the human body when the air bag is pressurized so as to prevent the portion of the air bag corresponding to the central part from swelling out largely as compared with the peripheral portion when the sheet is fitted to the outer periphery of the abdominal region.
