SOLUTION: In this heating transpiration device for heating the liquid absorbing rod 4 provided so as to be projected from a container 1 filled with liquid chemicals by a heating element 5 provided around the chemical absorbing rod 4 and transpiring the liquid chemical sucked up by the chemical absorbing rod 4, at least the outer side near the heating element 5 of the chemical absorbing rod 4 is covered with a liquid chemical non-permeable member 11.
