PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized developing device at a low cost, where a defective image due to deteriorated toner is suppressed, and a latent image formed on an image carrier can be stably and excellently developed by toner. SOLUTION: Rib lines 46 and 47 are arranged from the inside wall surface of a developing unit main body 41 constituting a developing unit 4K to a toner storing part 42. And the developing device is constituted by attaching several developing units having the same constitution as that of the developing unit 4K to a supporting frame which is rotated around a rotary shaft. As for the developing device, one of the developing units is selectively placed opposite to a photoreceptor by rotating and positioning the supporting frame, and when the frame is rotated, a centrifugal force, etc., is applied on the toner in the developing unit main body 41, then, the toner flows in the toner storing part 42, and the flowing toner is partly guided by the rib lines 46 and 47 in the axial direction of the rotary shaft, then, the toner is sophiscatedly shifted in the toner storing part 42, and efficiently mixed. |
