PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a tyeing yarn with improved properties compared with one of a yarn manufactured by a known method, especially in strength and in fiber mass. SOLUTION: This procedure is to reduce the draft of a formed material 10' in the fiber longitudinal direction from an elevated value to the set value in a starting stage of a spinning process in order to form the fiber mass increasing in adaptation to a tapered part of a yarn terminal end region 1 in a fiber bundle starting end region 2.
