SOLUTION FOR CERAMIC COATING USING MOLYBDENUM DISULFIDE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a ceramic coating solution containing molybdenum disulfide applied on the surface of a precision mold to endow high durability is provided. CONSTITUTION: The ceramic coating solution comprises 5-30 parts by weight of MnS2 with a mean particle size of 0.5 to 1.0 μm; 0.5-5 parts by weight of dimethylthiocarbamate; 20-78 parts by weight of aluminum powder; 0.05-5 parts by weight of water soluble silicon resin; and 10-40 parts by weight of water. A method for coating the ceramic coating solution on the surface of a precision mold includes the steps of spray coating the ceramic coating solution on the surface of a precision mold; raising the temperature of a coated precision mold up to 100 deg.C at elevation rate of 10 deg.C/min; maintaining the temperature for 20 to 30 minutes to evaporate moisture; raising the temperature of the precision mold up to 150 deg.C; and maintaining the temperature for 1 to 2 hours.
