PURPOSE: A derivational sheet for a nursery plant attached with rice seeds is provided to help everyone to easily perform rice transplantation work without a tractor, and to effectively restrict the growth of weeds. CONSTITUTION: The derivational sheet for a nursery plant, made of a material to be naturally resolved when it is exposed to sunlight, is formed with U-shaped valleys(3) at the both +sides of a blocking surface(2) having a certain width, and a plurality of holes(4) are punched along the lower end of each U-shaped valley. In addition, a water soluble adhesive is applied along the lower end of the valley so as to allow rice seeds to be uniformly attached thereto. After that, the both upper ends of the U-shaped valley is attached each other.
