PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a glass filament-reinforced resin material which is used for molding, can control the breakage of the glass filaments when molded, and can be molded into molded articles each having a high flexural modulus and a high impact strength. SOLUTION: This glass filament-reinforced resin material which comprises a composite material of a matrix polymer with glass filaments and is used for molding is characterized in that the matrix polymer has a polypropylene component having an isotactic pentad fraction of >=95% and a melt flow rate of 100 to 300 g/10 min and in that the glass filaments are contained in an amount of 30 to 50 wt.% based on the total weight of the glass filaments.
