PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection management system which suppresses variance of execution among threads and does not generate a thread having an extremely long response time. SOLUTION: When a requester requests a connection object, a connection object pool which contains a connection object having matching connection property is searched first, and a super connection object pool is searched, and then a connection object pool where a connection object having other connection property is stored is searched; and the connection object in the connection object pool which stores the connection object having the other connection property is converted into a super connection object.
