<p>The invention is directed to a method for inactivating catalase side activities in a composition comprising oxidase and catalase by subjecting the composition to a sulphur-containing reducing agent. By this method an oxidase composition is obtained with substantially no catalase side activity. The composition may be used for bleaching purposes, e.g. for bleaching teeth and textile.</p> |
