The hinge has a fixed holder (11) for joining to an abutment or post of a door, window or balcony opening. A link-plate (12) is joined t o the fixed holder and turns on a first vertical axle (17). A link element (14) is joined to the panel of the blocking structure and turns on a second vertical axle. A slide plate (13) between the fixed holder and link element is movable. The slide plate is joined to the link plate by means of connecting bolts (19) in lengthwise holes (20).
