PURPOSE:At the time of generation of abnormal offset voltage, to enable easy discrimination regarding whether the generation is caused due to positions or a servo driver and to perform the repair easily and rapidly. CONSTITUTION:A counter 7 to count the number of feedback pulses is provided on a feedback line from an encoder 6 to a control means 2. A relay contact 8 is provided between D/A converter 3 and a servo driver 4. At normal non- acting state, terminal 'a' and terminal 'b' are connected, and control pulse from the control means 2 is converted into analog signal and inputted to the servo driver 4. At acting state, terminal 'b' and terminal 'c' are connected and input voltage to the servo driver 4 is made 0. The control means 2 is provided with an offset check means 9 to generate the abnormal output if count value by the counter 7 is not 0 at the operation state of the relay contact 8, and an alarm device 10 generates alarm in response to the abnormal device. |
