PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated control device for automatic brake control and front-rear wheel torque distribution control capable of making proper the vehicle stopping attitude when the degree of approaching any object is large while a stroke corresponding to the brake stamping operation of the driver and an increase of the braking torque are well secured at the time of automatic control. SOLUTION: An ACC/4WD controller 16 having an inter-vehicle distance control part and a front-rear wheel torque distribution control part makes a total control in such a way that at the time of automatic control to give brake torques only to the front wheels 6 and 7 automatically by the inter-vehicle distance control part, a front-rear wheel torque distribution control part conducts a front-rear wheel torque distribution control in which the brake torque is distributed to the four wheels more with a greater degree of approaching the foregoing vehicle.
