PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial fishing bank suitable for living/keeping of various kinds of fishes and shellfishes. SOLUTION: This fishing bank of a hybrid of rubble mound and thinned logs comprises a bottomed frame part 2 in which a plurality of pillar parts 5 are stood from a bottom part 4 crossing and connecting thinned logs at a plurality of steps and frame parts 6 are installed between the pillar parts 5 and 5 and a square frame part 3 made by arranging bema parts 8 between the pillar part 5 and 5 projected upward from the bottomed frame part 2. Rubble mound materials 7 are stored in the inside of the frames of the bottomed frame part 2 and marine algae 9 are adhered on the thinned logs and the rubble mound materials 7 constituting the fishing bank 1.
