PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make transfer to a brake hydraulic control in accordance with the braking operation without a sense of incompatibility when the braking operation is conducted by the driver during the automatic brake control. SOLUTION: A pressure regulating means RG is connected to an auxiliary liquid pressure source AS and also with a reserver RS, and the output liquid pressure of the auxiliary liquid pressure source is regulated to the specified value, and a master piston MP is driven by the regulated liquid pressure. When a brake pedal BP is operated during the automatic brake control made by an electronic control device CT, the master cylinder liquid pressure in accordance with the pedal operation is added to the master cylinder liquid pressure due to the automatic brake control, and also the master cylinder liquid pressure is adjusted by controlling a valve means (solenoid valve V1) so that the power liquid pressure supplied from the auxiliary liquid pressure source to the pressure regulating means is increased in a portion corresponding to the pedal stamping amount sensed by a pressure sensor P2.
