PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform heating-treatment of a web with high quality by a simple configuration even when heat-treating the web at a high speed. SOLUTION: A web heating device 10 is provided with a heating roller 30 induced and heated to heat the original web 14 and a swing roller 40. When a line speed is 70 m/min or less, a distance H between each intersection K1 and K2 at which a virtual line L connecting central lines of the heating roller 30 and the swing roller 40 and peripheral faces of the heating roller 30 and the swing roller 40 cross is set within a scope of t<H<=t+0.15 mm (t is a thickness of the original web 14).
