PURPOSE: A board connection apparatus in a folder type terminal is provided to offer a device to connect boards, for convenient after-sales service in case that a potable terminal is broken due to falling, etc. CONSTITUTION: A folder type terminal consists of a body, a folder, a hinge unit to connect the body and the folder, and an FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Board)(50) to electrically connect the body and the folder via the hinge unit. The body comprises a keypad composed of a plurality of keys and a main board(120) connected with the keypad. The folder, at which an LCD module is located, comprises an LCD board(212) connected with the LCD module. The main board(120) and the LCD board(212) are electrically connected by the FPCB(50). A connection unit to electrically connect the main board(120) and the LCD board(212) is composed of the first connector(122), the second connector(222), the first connection connector(503), and the second connection connector(504). The first connector(122) and the second connector(222) are located at the main board(120) and the LCD board(212) respectively. The first connection connector(503), installed at one end of the FPCB(50), is connected with the first connector(122). The second connection connector(504), installed at the other end of the FPCB(50), is connected with the second connector(122).
