PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current limiter for an actuator drive circuit which can allow a large current applied to an actuator for a short time, before the actuator is overheated. SOLUTION: This actuator drive circuit employs a current limiter having a large positive temperature coefficient of resistance. The current limiter raises its resistance to reduce a current applied to an actuator, so that a large current can be applied to the actuator for a short time, before the actuator is overheated. |
