PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide adjustment equipment of a Landau cavity which suppresses mainly a construction cost of an electron storage ring, equipment cost, and a maintaining cost. SOLUTION: In the electron storage ring, an wave guide 12 which is attached to a coupler 52 of the Landau cavity 50 and spreads high frequency outputted from this Landau cavity 50, and a short board 14 which reflects the high frequency spread by the wave guide 12. It is constituted so that a phase of the high frequency inputted again into Landau cavity 50 which has outputted from Landau cavity 50, may be adjusted by adjusting a course length of the high frequency. In this case, the short board 14 may be made into a movable type, or the wave guide 12 may be made into a movable type.
