PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely, speedily and inexpensively reserve a parking lot, to certainly secure a reserved parking space until a reserving person comes and to easily learn the place of the reserved parking space. SOLUTION: When the parking space of a next parking lot B is to be reserved by using the reservation information input device 62 of a parking lot A, an IC card is inserted into a card reader, and authentication ID is inputted. When a target parking lot to be reserved is designated, reservation information is sent to the communication equipment 70 of the parking lot terminal machine 20 of the parking lot B through communication equipment 60 and a line network 22. It is confirmed whether the idle parking space exists in a parking controller 74 or not. When it exists, information on reservation reception possibility is returned and information on reservation impossibility when it does not exist. The effect is displayed on the reservation information input device 62 of the parking lot A. When the reserving person arrives at the next parking lot B, the IC card is inserted into the card reader, authentication ID is inputted and it is collated with ID at the time of reservation.
