<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking sanitation management system capable of maintaining a high-degree sanitation managing state by quickly and surely eliminating an abnormal state by generation of a harmful insect. SOLUTION: This cooking sanitation management system has a cooking center A composed of a plurality of cooking work facilities partitioned in more than one areas, and a management part D for managing a sanitation state of the cooking center. The cooking center has at least an information transmitting means 10 for transmitting abnormal information C including information on an abnormal harmful insect garneted in the cooking center, and a cooking work facility generating the abnormal harmful insect among the plurality of cooking work facilities to the management part. The management part has an instructing means 13 for advising a proper countermeasure by checking up building information 11 on a partition state and a structure in the cooking center of the cooking work facilities, harmful insect information 12 on the harmful insect, and a harmful insect list by relating the abnormal information to the harmful insect possibly generated with every plurality of cooking work facilities on the basis of the building information and the harmful insect information.</p> |
