The invention concerns a device comprising: an anatomical portion (1) of part of a subject observed in vivo, including at least partly the corporeal cavity or cavities (53), and including a natural orifice (50) with which communicates at least one of said cavities; said anatomical portion (1) is obtained by at least a section (51, 52) of said observed part, and is treated for preservation by a technique called plastination; at least a sensor (2 to 6) for detecting and/or quantifying said product at least at a site or zone of the corporeal cavity or cavities; at least a closure element (12) placed against said anatomical portion (1) at each sectional area; optionally an introducing device (30) placed opposite said natural orifice, or partly engaged therein, for introducing said product on the basis of predetermined parameters.
