MANUFACTURE OF LAMINATED FILM CAPACITOR

PURPOSE:To make it possible to use a film roll up to the vicinity of the end part thereof by rolling up a film of which the projections in the opposite end parts have fewer pitches than those in the other part. CONSTITUTION:A tool wherein the number of tooth-shaped projections of end embosses 7 positioned in the opposite ends of embosses 2 is smaller than that of the tooth-shaped projections of the embosses 2 is employed, and a film 1 supplied from an original film roll 6 is embossed by the tool and a support roller 3. The embossed film 1 is rolled up in the state of being broad by a bobbin plate 5 and laminated. In a laminated body of the film 1 rolled up and laminated by the bobbin plate 5, accordingly, a heap in the opposite end parts is smaller than the one in the central part and the embossed parts are laminated precisely. According to this constitution, a film roll thus formed can be used to the vicinity of the end parts thereof.
