The seat, esp. vehicle seat, has a backrest (14), and a relatively adjustable head support (18), fastened to it by a connection element (20). This extends into the backrest with a fastening element (22). Located in the interior of the backrest is a pivot shaft (26), positioned in transverse direction of the backrest. The fastening element is connected to the pivot shaft. The connection element is telescopically extendable. USE/ADVANTAGE - Vehicle seat with simple adjustment of head support.
