PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner with excellent maintenance wherein a fan of an air fan can be demounted simply without moving a heat exchanger. SOLUTION: An air conditioner is adapted as follows: A heat exchanger 7 is fixed to a pair of mounting tools 21, 22 which form opposite side walls of an air passage 6 and at least one of which tools is removably mounted on a base 1. One rotary shaft 8a1 of one of fans 8a of an air fan 8 is supported on a bearing section 10 provided on the mounting tool, while the other rotary shaft is coupled with a rotary shaft 8b1 of a motor 8b for driving the fans outside the foregoing side wall. Accordingly, the fans can be removed without demounting and moving the heat exchanger, and hence maintenance can be improved. |
