PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite film for high-speed packaging which is suitable for cover packaging of a small box or the like holding food or a small-sized matter or the like in particular, regarding the composite film used for packaging. SOLUTION: The composite film has a coating layer having heat-sealing properties on both surfaces of a core layer at least and is constituted of a non-chlorine-series material. The surface resistivity value thereof (measured in conformity with a measuring method of resistivity in 5.13 of JIS K6911) in at least one surface is 1×1012Ω/(square) or below. In the case when the composite films thus constituted are brought into close contact with each other, at least one of the films has the surface wherein the static friction coefficientμs, the dynamic friction coefficientμk and the variation width ss of the dynamic friction coefficient and the static friction coefficient (measured in conformity with JIS K7125 respectively) of the mutual close contact surfaces, at 20-60 deg.C, satisfy an expression 1; 0.15<=μs<=0.65, an expression 2; 0.15<=μk<=0.65 and an expression 3; 0<=ss<=0.2.
